CIRCULATION

As far as possible, one-way road system is adopted to avoid congestion and to encourage speedy movement of the traffic. The circulation pattern is designed to allow an internal route for the cars without the need to get out to the busy main road.

The service circulation is located conveniently at the rear of the tower, away from the main entrance in the front. The rear entry lobby, provided with security guard room and ancillary amenities, also caters to the after office hours use.

CAR PARKING

The parking building sits quitely at the rear of the main tower, and provides all the essential traffic and utility functions.

Parking space are located in the 8 storey car park building and 1 level of basement have provided. Wide aisles promote easy circulation. The tower and the car park building are connected by a generous aluminum cladded canopy which provide weather-protected access for the visitors. Passengers lift strategically located enable speedy link to tenants respective offices.
